Equity, I know its not related to this blog but nice trailer, I only saw Wall Street a couple of weeks ago on a long haul flight to the UK.

Now as to burger king. I once worked for the number one hamburger chain (not serving chips but in management), can I just say never underestimate hamburgers as a way to generate cash-flow. Control the costs and they really can pay bug %return, but poorly managed they are a dog.

Being from Australia, I would like to know your take on the whole Qantas debacle that is engulfing APA and Macquarie, if of course you have heard of it from your office on the corner building at the centre of the finance universe. Looks like the takeover is going to fail and Qantas will remain on market. Where did they go wrong?
