I just got off the phone with someone who told me that KKR's Amsterdam based public vehicle that is supposed to IPO any day now has raised nearly $5 billion or 300% of its original target.  Update: The Journal has an article (subscription required) on the overshoot.  Update 2: No, I won't send you a copy of the offering documentation.  Update 3: No, I definitely won't send you a copy if you are in a jurisdiction where SEC regs forbid your getting them.
